- Introduction to LambdaSpec - Parallel Beam X-ray Spectrometer
The Wavelength Dispersive X-ray Spectrometer for the 21st century
The LambdaSpec offers the next generation of wavelength dispersive X-ray spectrometers (WDS), designed to work with the scanning electron microscope (SEM).
- LEXS - Low Energy X-ray Spectrometer
The LEXS is a PBS (parallel beam spectrometer) that employs high collection optics enabling the spectrometer to efficienctly collect X-rays from 100eV to 2.4keV (B K to S K). It is the ideal tool for low energy X-ray microanalysis and high magnification (<5kV) SEM analysis.
- TEXS HP - Transition X-ray Spectrometer
The TEXS HP is a PBS (parallel beam spectrometer) that employs capillary optics enabling the spectrometer to have an energy range from 150 eV to 10keV, therefore being able cover the K lines of the transition elements and to adequately measure the low energy lines. With the use of a LiF crystal (to replace a large 2d diffractor) the TEXS HP is able to resolve the Kα - Kβ overlaps of the transition elements.
